As (Junior) Implementation Manager in our fast-growing Customer Success Team, you will independently be responsible for implementation projects involving a detailed evaluation of the HR processes and organizational structures of our new customers and advising them on the best possible way to use our HR software.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Independent analysis of our new customers' requirements regarding our HR software
Structured support of Personio implementations through e-mails, telephone calls, and web demos
Ensuring customer satisfaction through competent advice on HR processes in Personio
Validation, preparation, and assistance with importing customer data
Involvement in the creation of training materials, e.g. help center articles or webinars
Continuous optimization of our processes, e.g. through the automation of individual work steps
Occasional business trips as part of your implementation projects
