Together as a team we want to actively drive the growth of Personio by generating leads. You are a fit for our team if you are ready to take the challenges and problems of our target group and transform them creatively and data-driven into marketing measures. Your tasks and responsibilities will include:
  • Work with sales and customer success teams to define the strategy and repeatable processes for securing reference customers and success stories

  • Identification and prioritization of prospective reference customers

  • Ongoing development and improvement of case studies, sales tools and assets

  • Turn customer case studies into compelling stories that can be used in marketing campaigns and sales cycles

  • Identify potential customer spokespersons for PR and industry events

  • Create a customer reference library for sales and marketing teams

Dein Weg bis heute
  • You are someone with demonstrable expertise in business development, customer marketing or customer success

  • You speak fluent German and English, Spanish is a plus

  • You think strategically and are process oriented, you are able to manage multiple stakeholders, threads, work streams and inputs

  • You are proactive and organized, you can not only manage but also measure the impact of your work

  • You enjoy changing gears, building relationships and working with different groups of people

  • You are an excellent writer, communicator and - most importantly - storyteller.

  • You live in Munich and enjoy occasional business travel
