For our new Customer Success Team in Spain, we are looking for a Teamlead Implementation who will be responsible for setting up the operational management of Spanish customers. Your goal is to establish and continuously improve our processes to ensure scalability for Personio's future growth in Spain. You will start developing the entire set-up of our local Customer Success Team and, once specialized teams have been formed, take over a dedicated leadership role within the Implementation Team.

YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Initial setup of Personio’s Customer Success activities including Implementation, Service and Payroll Operations in Spain based on the rich foundation and experience from the German market

  • Hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of a ~10-person Customer Success team

  • Focus on setting up a scalable implementation process for Spanish customers

  • Customer satisfaction assurance through continuous quality management

  • Definition and analysis of result-oriented KPIs to identify improvement potentials

  • Especially during the first year, a high level of involvement in the day-to-day business operations to ensure ongoing product knowledge

Your profile
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in the B2B software environment and have successfully led teams, ideally within a customer success/ operations department

  • You create a motivating environment for your team and continuously identify the strengths and development potential of each team member

  • You are passionate about process improvements while you always put the customer experience first

  • You have an affinity for technology and you make data-driven decisions

  • You can easily explain complex circumstances, you are strong in prioritizing tasks and setting clear goals for your team

  • Ideally, you have already worked with some of our tools (e.g. Zendesk and Gainsight)

  • You are a strong communicator with excellent written and spoken Spanish (C2) and English (C2) skills and have a strong customer and service orientation
