For our new Customer Success Team in Spain, we are looking for a Teamlead Implementation who will be responsible for setting up the operational management of Spanish customers. Your goal is to establish and continuously improve our processes to ensure scalability for Personio's future growth in Spain. You will start developing the entire set-up of our local Customer Success Team and, once specialized teams have been formed, take over a dedicated leadership role within the Implementation Team.YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Initial setup of Personio’s Customer Success activities including Implementation, Service and Payroll Operations in Spain based on the rich foundation and experience from the German market
Hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of a ~10-person Customer Success team
Focus on setting up a scalable implementation process for Spanish customers
Customer satisfaction assurance through continuous quality management
Definition and analysis of result-oriented KPIs to identify improvement potentials
Especially during the first year, a high level of involvement in the day-to-day business operations to ensure ongoing product knowledge
