As a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist will become part of our recently opened office team in Madrid. In this role, you will make a decisive contribution to the further growth of our engineering teams in Spain. Together with the local HR and Talent Acquisition team, you will work towards our mission to become the category leader in HR management software for SMEs in Europe.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • As a technical talent acquisition specialist, together with the hiring managers and the recruitment leadership, you will be developing our technology recruiting strategy to fully accomplish our hiring plan for Engineering roles

  • You will conduct job market analysis, identify target sectors and companies, and build up a network within the local technology eco-system

  • You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, drive the candidate’s experience from sourcing, screening and closing candidates of the engineering department

  • You will identify potential candidates through various channels and across borders including direct sourcing and headhunting

  • You will be the first touchpoint for the technical candidates applying for any role at Personio and as well the ones we have sourced proactively

  • You will build a strategic partnership with hiring managers and leadership team to proactively address hiring needs and/or adjustments to hiring plans

  • You will create creative strategies to attract passive talent utilizing internal and external databases and other sourcing tools

  • You will support our central HR team in terms of administrative HR-related tasks like contract preparation and coordination of OnBoarding among others

Your profile
  • You have a Bachelor's Degree in any HR, business-related field or in (Business) Psychology. A Master Degree would be a plus

  • You have strong experience in sourcing and/or full-cycle recruitment in the technology sector, ideally, sourcing Software Engineers as an in-house recruiter in a technology company

  • You work actively to be at the top of technological trends on software engineering, so it is easy for you to understand technical requirements

  • You have gathered the first experience in HR management - contract preparation and OnBoarding of new employees

  • You consider yourself as an expert in active sourcing 

  • You act and think solution-oriented, putting the candidate experience always first

  • You have a strong interest in learning about other HR fields and step out of your comfort zone

  • You enjoy the attention to details and have a well- structured approach to work 

  • You enjoy working in a fast-paced technology company and you have the ability to work in a changing environment

  • You have strong communication skills in English and you feel comfortable conducting interviews in English
