As Account Manager Payroll (m/f/d) in the Payroll Operations Team, you are the main point of contact for our customers during the setup of the payroll module. At the end of their test month, you are the responsible account manager for the final conversion.
You are the responsible account manager of the onboarding and education of our customers for using Personio Payroll properly.
You ensure a great customer experience and therefore the successful conversion at the end of the test month.
You communicate and coordinate customer requests to our product team and thus make a decisive contribution to the further development of our software
You are involved in the execution of the compliance measures and mechanisms that we use to ensure high quality in our payroll
You create training content to train customers and our customer success team on topics related to payroll accounting
You are driving forward the continuous development of our internal knowledge base and Help Center
You will help on the organisation of scalable processes that ensure the growth of the Payroll Operations Team
